Ideal-Seal Asphalt Sealer Blend includes 48-55% solids, while a standard sealer ranges between 20-30%solids.

• 2. Dries faster and darker
• 3. Rubberized for added flexibility to help in reducing cracking and to seal and not on coat your asphalt
• 4. Enhanced resistance to oils, fuels and grease
• 5. Improved surface toughness

We use a Polymer-Modified sealer blend that has 48-55% solids, while much of our competition uses a watered down coal tar sealer blend that could have anywhere between 20-30% solids that will not protect your asphalt.
